- Photos of your vehicle — before/after photos taken during our service, which we may use for marketing (see “How We Use Your Information” below and our Terms & Conditions).
- Technical information — if you visit our website, we (or advertising partners such as Meta) may automatically collect standard technical data like your IP address, browser type and device information through cookies.
How We Collect Your Information
- Directly from you — through our website enquiry form, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person when you book or we attend your appointment.
- Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website (see “Cookies & Advertising” below).
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To arrange, confirm and manage your booking.
- To carry out the valeting or detailing service you’ve booked.
- To take payment — we don’t process card payments online; payment is by cash or bank transfer, so we don’t store any card details.
- To share before/after photos of completed work on our website, Instagram or Facebook for marketing purposes, unless you ask us not to.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including if you arrive at our website via a Facebook or Instagram ad.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our Legal Basis for Using Your Information

- Performance of a contract — to arrange and carry out the service you’ve booked.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy — for example, enquiry and booking records are kept for a reasonable period for customer service and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
